What's Included
Each Neuromatrix 1070 system features a QMF-designed red-light therapy unit that emits 1070nm light to stimulate mitochondria in the bloodstream and key frontal and subcortical brain regions. This unique feature helps ensure a comprehensive and practical treatment experience.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When used as directed, our device can be used by anyone to promote brain health. Because tPBM has not been extensively studied in certain conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to assess the potential risks and benefits based on individual health status and needs before using the Neurmatrix Helmet, particularly in cases of hyperthyroid conditions, pregnancy, and medications that cause light sensitivity. Having metal plates, implanted stimulation devices or other metal objects in the brain, cancer/malignant, tissue/active carcinoma, or brain tumors are contraindications and typically preclude you from receiving tPBM therapy.
Light therapy using LEDs is generally considered safe with minimal risk, as it's widely used for therapeutic and wellness purposes with no known significant side effects.
We usually recommend that the device be used once or twice a day, but at least 5 times per week. This may vary from individual to individual based on the age, medical history and lifestyle.
